Namibiaâ??s Minister of Sport John Mutorwa publicly thanked the sponsors of the SADC Zone 6 Youth Games at a press conference at Windhoekâ??s Safari Hotel on June 20.

Remember that education is about preparing, refining and moulding the total human being, physically, mentally and spiritually, and in that dynamic process of educating, sport plays a fundamental role,â? he said.

Namibia ready to host SADC Games
Submitted by editor on Thu, 06/08/2006 - 14:46.Namibia declared itself ready and raring to go to host the second SADC Zone Six Youth Games, which takes place in Windhoek from June 25 to July 5.
At a press conference in Windhoek on June 7, spokespersons for Namibiaâ??s six participating sporting codes said their preparation was well on track and that they were confident of doing well at the Youth Games.
