Brave Warriors squad for Saudi Arabia

The Namibia Football Association has announced a squad of 27 players in preparation for the Brave Warriors'next friendly match against Saudi Arabia in Riyadh on November 2.

The squad includes a few foreign-based players, although most were not released by their clubs.

Morocco beat Namibia 2-0 in a friendly match in Rabat on October 17.
About 15 000 spectators turned up to watch the friendly match at the Rabat Sport Complex which formed part of Namibiaâ??s preparations for the African Cup of Nations in January next year.

NFA establishes ties with German counterparts

The Duetsche Fussball Bund (DFB) has agreed to assist the Namibia Football Association (NFA) with the preparation of the Brave Warriors ahead of the African Nations Cup. The agreement will see the national team travelling to Germany for a two-week training camp before the main showcase in Ghana next year.
