Pirates suffer second defeat

Oshakati were the better side and already threatened in the fifth minute when a Cascas Angula freekick bounced off the crossbar.
Bester puts Tigers in a spin

Playing in scorching heat, Arrows took an early lead when Robson Haitamba crossed from the right wing and T Imbili rose unopposed to head the ball into the net.
Black Africa beat Bees in dull game

The match took place in scorching heat and it clearly affected the players, who couldn't get going, while the match was interrupted by numerous stoppages.
Tigers stun Blue Waters
Submitted by editor on Sat, 01/20/2007 - 22:59.It was heartbreak for Blue Waters at Windhoek's Independence Stadium on Saturday afternoon after a last minute goal gave Tigers a 1-0 victory.
The match was evenly balanced throughout and Blue Waters seemed to be heading for a deserved draw when Tigers scored off the last move of the match. Nelson Akwenye beat a defender down the left wing and centred the ball into the box. Pinias Jacob flicked the ball on to an unmarked Leonard Stanley at the far post, who slotted the ball into the net, past a stranded Melvin Bruwer in Waters' goals.
Oshakati upset Black Africa
Submitted by editor on Sat, 01/20/2007 - 22:55.Oshakati City upset Black Africa with a 1-0 victory at Windhoek's SKW field on Saturday afternoon.
Black Africa came out on the attack and had several chances in the opening stages. A 10th minute header by Nelson Geingob narrowly missed the target, while a Jerome Louis header shortly afterwards was well saved by Melksidek Shiku in Oshakati's goals.
