Cup fever running high

Otjozondjupa First Division team Mighty Gunners face African Stars in the first semifinal at 14h00, while defending champions Orlando Pirates face Kingsley Ramblers at 16h00.
FIFA workshop concluded

Gobabis was the scene of the 4. Moto Cross Championships race and so far it was without exaggerating, the highlight of the season. Wikus Engelbrecht, the driving force behind this spectacle in Gobabis, has done a great job organising the event together with his men. Everything was just perfect! The track was exceptional and the 30-metre jump just in front of the beer-tent was the attraction. A big thank you goes to Tobie Barlow.
Craven 10th in French Tour
Submitted by editor on Tue, 04/24/2007 - 21:06.Last week National Cycling team member Dan Craven competed in the French Tour du Loir et Cher with his European team, TeamFidiBC.com.
The four-day, 750km tour was held just to the south of Paris in perfect weather which made for one happy Namibian in Europe.
Unam win Indoor Hockey League
Submitted by editor on Tue, 04/24/2007 - 09:44.Unam won the Indoor Hockey Menâ??s Premier League title for the seventh year in a row when they thrashed the X Team from Swakopmund 10-2 on April 21.
Unamâ??s national striker Siabonga Martins was in great form, scoring eight of the goals, while captain Joseph Kashamako and Heini Swartbooi added the other goals.
