Black Africa beat Blue Waters 3-2

Black Africa maintained their dominance over Blue Waters this season when they won their MTC Premier League match 3-2 at the Sam Nujoma Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
It was BAâ??s second victory against Blue Waters, following their 5-3 win in the first round of the MTC NFA Cup, while their first league encounter ended in a 0-0 draw.

Kingsley announce major sponsorship for Ramblers

Kingsley announced a major sponsorship for Ramblers Football Club on Friday evening, which will place the Pionierspark-based club firmly on the road to professionalism.
Although members of Ramblers and the international soft drinks mix company, Kingsley, did not want to divulge how much the sponsorship would amount to, the chairman of Ramblers, Harald Hecht said it was probably the biggest sponsorship yet in Namibian football.

Namibia down on FIFA World Rankings

Namibia moved one place down on the FIFA/Coca-Cola World Rankings according to the latest release.
Namibia are now ranked 123rd in the world, one down from 122nd position they held last month.
During this time, Namibia just played one friendly match, losing 1-0 away to Botswana on February 7, 2007.
