Suburbs gained a crucial bonus point after scoring five tries to overtake Wanderers into second position on the log. In one of the tightest finishes in recent years, Suburbs joined Reho Falcons at the top of the log on 20 points, followed by Wanderers on 19 and United on 18 points.

The victory gave Blue Waters a bit of breathing space in the relegation battle as they joined Orlando Pirates on 23 points â?? four points clear of Friends, who are second last on the log.
Lassen wins Namibian Open after play-off

Both golfers finished on a total of 292 after four rounds at the Windhoek Country Club to force the play-off, which Lassen won at the first hole.
Civics are crowned the champions

The victory puts Civics clear at the top of the log on 46 points â?? 10 more than second-placed Oshakati City, who only have three matches remaining and cannot overtake Civics anymore.

Friends had taken a 2-0 lead and seemed to be heading for a victory, but the match swung Ramblersâ?? way early in the second half when Friendsâ?? midfielder Laurentius Gomachab was sent off after receiving two yellow cards.
