Helaria Johannes has prepared thoroughly for Saturdayâ??s Two Oceans Marathon in Cape Town and is ready to defend her title.
Last year Johannes took the Cape by storm when she won the womenâ??s 21km race in a new record time of 73 minutes and 35 seconds. It heralded in a great year, during which she won numerous events in South Africa, including the South African 10km and 20km Championships.

Wanderers thrashed Oshakati Cricket Club by 160 runs to win the MTC Premier League title on Saturday.
It was the second year in succession that the two teams met in the final, and once again Wanderers ended up on the winning side.
