African Stars coach Gilbert Rwasoka said a change of tactics at halftime enabled his team to come from behind to beat SKW in their MTC NFA Cup quarterfinal clash on Saturday,

Pirates fortunate to go through

Orlando Pirates coach Ali Akan admitted that his team was rather fortunate to beat Eleven Brothers in their MTC NFA Cup quarterfinal match on Saturday.
Eleven Brothers took the lead through Gerson Doeseb midway through the first half, but were unlucky to concede an equalizer just before halftime. Goalie Ronny Kahuure fumbled a cross and Patrick Jagger pounced on to the ball to stab it into the net.

Mighty Gunners send Black Africa packing

Mighty Gunners produced the biggest shock of the MTC NFA Cup quarterfinals when they knocked Black Africa out at the Oshakati Stadium on Saturday.
The Otjozondjupa First Division champions stunned Black Africa with two goals within three minutes in the second half, and although BA veteran Masepo Dausab managed to pull one back from a freekick, Mighty Gunners held on for a memorable victory.
