Unam beat Old Boys

Unam beat Windhoek Old Boys 6-0 after leading 2-0 at halftime on February 8, 2006.
Old Boys did well to contain Unam in the first half and Unam could only open the scoring in the 17th minute through a short corner goal by Siabonga Martins. Two minutes later Joseph Kashamako made it 2-0 after a fine build-up involving Martins and Heinrich Swartbooi.
After the break Unamâ??s incessant pressure began to tell as they forced the one short corner after the other. WOBâ??s goalie Wickus Krugel pulled off some fine saves, but Unam soon increased their lead. The short corner combination of Erwin Handura, Heinrich Swartbooi and Martins worked perfectly as Martins added three more goals from the set-pieces. Martins added another field goal, hitting in a rebound from Swartbooiâ??s initial shot, to take his tally to five goals for the match.
Unamâ??s dominance was illustrated by the fact the WOBâ??s only short corner came 5 minutes from time, but Archie Bothaâ??s effort was cleared.
