Pupkewitz Honda / Kanona River Challenge

Sponsored by Pupkewitz Honda, the Windhoek Moto Cross Club (under the auspices of the Enduro Working Group) is staging the sixth round of the 2009 Namibian National Enduro Championships on Saturday, 19 September.

The event is of national status, being the sixth round of the 2009 Namibian Enduro Championship and will be held in the Omaruru district at the Waldschmidt cattle farm. The route will be run in a clockwise direction and the distance for all classes will be 35km in total per lap.

Entries open on Wednesday the 9th of September and will close on Wednesday the 16th of September at 18h00. Checking of licenses and general documentation for all Windhoek riders will take place from 13h00 to 18h00 on the 16th of September at the Pupkewitz Honda Dealership. Checking of licenses and general documentation for all non-Windhoek riders will take place from 8:00 to 9:20 at the start/finish line at the venue. The event will start at 10h30 on 19 September and will continue to 15h30, with the prizegiving ceremony scheduled for 16h30 at the venue. Drink and food facilities will be available for spectators.

The six classes which will be contested are two National Bike Classes, one National Quad Class, one National Ladies Quad Class, and two Support Classes for bikes and quads respectively.
