The 2010 FIFA World Cup and African Cup of Nations (AFCON) preliminary draw takes place in Durban, South Africa on Sunday, November 25 and Namibia will be represented by national coach Ben Bamfuchile, NFAĆ¢??s President John Muinjo, acting secretary general Barry Rukoro and Brave Warriors team manager Tim Isaacs.
The draw for the two football events will run concurrently. The preliminary round already started in Samoa in August this year, while Africaâ??s lowest seeded countries like Sierra Leone, Madagascar and Djibouti have already joined 45 other African countries in the hat for the qualifying round of the 2010 World Cup and AFCON.
The countries will be split into 12 groups of four with the winners and the best eight runners-up advancing to a third round of qualifying for the 2010 World Cup.
