Crowds stream in for Newspaper Cup

The Namibia Newspaper Cup started off with a bang on Good Friday as a festive crowd of more than 5 000 people turned up to watch Namibia’s top young players in action.
The regional development tournament which sees all Namibia’s 13 regions in action, was taking place for the ninth year, while The Namibian this year allocated a record N$1,4 million towards the event.
