Namibia’s Welwitschias face a tough assignment when they host defending Vodacom Cup champions Griquas at the Hage Geingob Stadium on Saturday afternoon. The Welwitschias’ campaign in the 2010 Vodacom Cup competition started poorly as they lost their opening two matches 45-26 to the Griffons and 52-11 to the Leopards which has seen them plummeting to the bottom of the log.

The Welwitschias, who still have to open their account, are now bottom on the eight-team log for the North Section of the competition, with a points deficit of 60 points.
