NFA D-Day

John Muinjo

The eagerly awaited Namibia Football Association (NFA) Elective Congress will be held on Saturday at Greiter’s Conference Centre outside Windhoek.

The two candidates for the presidency, the incumbent, John Muinjo and his challenger Ranga Haikali have been accusing each other of using underhand tactics to make sure that they win.

Dr Viskaya Amutenya, who was formerly a vice president to Muinjo before resigning to take up a seat in parliament, withdrew from the race due to work commitments but pledged his support to Muinjo.
