Oshakati City managed to hold Civics to a 1-1 draw after scoring the first goal at the SKW Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

City were the ones who attacked first with Kamuchacha Iimbodi showing prominence in Civics’ half.

In the first twenty minutes, Iimbodi had three shots on target and one that went over the bar.

In the 32nd minute, City almost went ahead when Iimbodi crossed to David Joseph with Civics goalkeeper, Romeo van Wyk well beaten. Joseph however failed to connect with the ball and the shot went wide.
