Premier League resumes
Submitted by editor on Wed, 01/06/2010 - 17:38.The MTC Namibia Premier League resumes after the Christmas break when the second round gets underway with a number of interesting encounters next week.
On Wednesday, January 13 second placed Orlando Pirates face a tricky encounter against fifth placed Tigers. Under new coach Brian Isaacs, Tigers have had their best start in years and lost only one match in the first round, going down 1-0 away to Eleven Arrows on November 7.
They are currently fifth on 20 points – only four points behind Pirates – and a victory will bring them right back in the title chase.
