Louis provides the icing on the cake for Goraseb’s finale

Black Africa kept their title hopes alive thanks to a 75th minute goal from Jerome Louis against Orlando Pirates at a packed Independence stadium in Lolo Goraseb’s final game for Ali Akan’s side. After a cautious opening, with both midfields cancelling each other out, the game sparked to life in the 30th minute when BA’ Gustav Tjituka was shown an immediate red card for a horrific tackle from behind on Pirates’ “dangerman” Meraai Swartbooi.
