Beauties thrash Angels

Okahandja Beauties maintained their unbeaten run in the Khomas Women’s Football League this season when they thrashed bottom-of-the-log Angels United 20-0 on Saturday. Beauties were clearly in a different league as players like Kleintjie Fredericks, Stella Williams, Shirley Cloete and Charmaine Swartbooi ran rings around their opponents and laid siege to Angels’ goals.

Fredericks underlined her position as the league’s top goalscorer this season by scoring four goals, while Salome Iyambo also scored four, Charmaine Swartbooi three and Stella Williams two goals.
