Springboks hammer Namibia 105-13

South Africaâ??s Springboks overpowered Namibia 105-13 in the first ever rugby test match between the two nations at Newlands in Cape Town on Wednesday night, after leading 44-7 at halftime.
South Africa were just too powerful and slick for a game Namibia who hardly got any possession and had to defend for most of the match.

FNB Sport Media Awards launched

FNB Namibia today launched its Annual FNB Sport Awards with a total sponsorship of N$70 000.
The overall winner will win a cool N$3 000 as well as a top quality laptop computer. The runner-up will walk away with N$6 000, while winners of all other categories will take home N$3 000.

Blue Waters and Murape part ways

APS Blue Waters have parted ways with their nomadic Zimbabwean-born coach Shepherd Murape following a string of poor results during last seasonâ??s league campaign.

The clubâ??s spokesperson Erastus Haikali recently revealed to Namibia Sport that Murape was no longer with the coastal side.
