Drama at Pirates

Apparently there was a coup attempt by some supporters of the club who tried to get rid of the existing executive committee, while former team manager Mabos Ortman had a fallout with Dawids regarding the running of the Orlando Pirates Sports Bar in Katutura.
Northern Stream First Division kicks off

In the much-anticipated match of the weekend, Chief Santos and local rivals Benfica played to a goalless draw.
Easterns beat Namibia by 8 runs

Easterns batted first and scored 252 for six wickets off their 45 overs.
Their top batsmen were K Lhengeni with 59, D Wiese with 57 and J Booysen with 50.
