Oshakati City shocked Orlando Pirates with a 1-0 victory in their FNB Cup first round match at Gobabis on November 25.
Pirates dominated the match but spurned numerous scoring opportunities especially in the first half. Oshakati rode their luck and midway through the second half Cascas Angula pounced onto a cross to steer the ball into the net for the only goal of the game.
Namibia beat Griquas by 107 runs to move to the top of the SAA Cup competition.
A great century by JB Burger put Namibia on track to a big first innings total of 329 for 9 off 45 overs.
Burger and Dawid Botha put on 61 runs off only 10 overs before Botha was bowled by Pietersen for 21.
