Wanderers and United moved to the top of the Rugby Premier League log after away victories against beating Rehoboth and Kudus respectively on Saturday.
Wanderers beat the former log leaders Rehoboth 32-26 in an exciting match that saw the lead change several times before Wanderers hooker Adrian Engelbrecht scored the winning try three minutes from time.
Wanderers seemed to be heading for a comfortable victory when they streaked into a 17-5 lead at halftime after tries by prop Schalk Bergh and scrumhalf Eugene Lofty Eaton, while Haico Prinsloo added two conversions and a penalty.
