Tsowaseb hands Pirates victory

A stunning goal seven minutes from time by Teophelus ‘Ronaldo’ Tsowaseb gave Orlando Pirates a valuable 1-0 victory over Tigers on Friday night.
The game seemed to be heading for a draw when Tsowaseb received the ball from a long throw in, swivelled, turned and smashed a volley high into the top left hand corner of the net.
It was a huge victory for Pirates that saw them jumping five places up to third on the log, while Tigers will rue some missed chances that could well have resulted in victory for them.
Black Africa face tough match

MTC Premiership log leaders Black Africa will face a tough challenge when they take on Eleven Arrows on Saturday in Walvis Bay at 15h00.
Black Africa have a four-point lead at the top of the log and victory against Arrows will further strengthen their title ambitions.
Arrows however have a game in hand and have not given up on their title ambitions either. A victory for Arrows will reduce the gap to Black Africa to four points and with a game in hand they will be right back in the title chase.
