Great match in store

In historical terms, Germany hold the edge over Spain with eight victories compared to six, while six matches ended in draws. Germany also have a much better World Cup record and won two of three World Cup encounters against Spain.
Their first encounter at the World Cup came in 1966 when Germany won 2-1, while Germany won by the same score in 1982. Interestingly, Germany was the losing finalist at both these World Cups.
SPAR Challenge in Namibia
Submitted by newsdesk on Tue, 07/06/2010 - 10:00.The first SPAR Challenge in Namibia will be held on July 31 at the Hage Geingob Stadium.
The marathon will be over 5km and 10km and the entrance fee for the participants will be N$50. The entrants can either walk or run the distances. The Quinton Steel Botes Cancer Fund will receive N$5 from each entry in addition to any other money made from the event.
Race organiser Quinton Steel Botes urged people to take part in the marathon because it will help cancer patients in Namibia.
