Namibia’s U17 soccer team gave a great performance to hold Zambia to a 0-0 draw in an African U17 qualifier in Lusaka on Saturday.

According to Namibia’s team manager, Jakes Amaning, the match, which took place at Woodlands Stadium in the Zambian capital, was sold out, with more than 10 000 fans present.
“There was a big crowd but our players were not intimidated. We used defensive tactics and tried to catch them on the break, and this worked out well for us,” he said.
