The start of the Namibia Premier League is still undecided since the Namibia Football Association and the Namibia Football Consortium are still locked in negotiations regarding the new league.
The administrator of the NPL, Tovey Hoebeb told Namibia Sport that the negotiations were still ongoing and that the league will not start on October 18, as was previously reported in a local daily.
“The NFA submitted a proposal to the NFC, but it was not happy with certain clauses. The NFA then forwarded a counter proposal and we are now waiting for feedback from the NFC,” Hoebeb said.
