Craven 51st at World Champs

Namibia’s Dan Craven finished 51st in the Elite Men’s Time Trial event at the Cycling World Championships in Varese, Italy on Thursday.
Craven competed the 43,7km event in a time of 57 minutes 40 seconds, which gave him an average time of 45,45km per hour.
Craven finished 5 minutes 39 seconds behind the winner, Bert Grabsch of Germany, who completed the time trial at an amazing average speed of just over 50km/h.
Craven was the only cyclist from Africa to compete in the time trial event at the World Championships.
