Exciting schools rugby in store

Namibia’s biggest schools rugby competition, the Metropolitan Boards Rugby Trophy enters the semifinal stage this weekend and some exciting encounters can be expected.

Windhoek High School are the defending champions in the U19 Super League but they will have to be at their best if they hope to retain their title. They have been involved in two close encounters against their traditional archrivals, HTS, this season winning their Classic Clashes encounter 15-8, but losing 12-3 at the HTS Schools Championships. WHS were also pushed all the way by Walvis Bay before winning their schools league match 23-20 earlier this season.
