Khomas U17 League to start
Submitted by editor on Wed, 04/09/2008 - 09:36.The Khomas Under 17 Football League will kick off this weekend for the second successive season following the launch at the NFAâ??s Soccer House in Katutura on Tuesday.
Once again a total of 24 teams will participate in Stream A and Stream B, but the defending champions Civics, will however not be in action.

Allies, a seasoned sports administrator with more than 20 yearsâ?? experience, was recently appointed as the new CEO, after the former CEO Christo Alexander accepted a new post created in the NRU, namely that of Director of Rugby.
Hoffmann on track for Olympics
Submitted by editor on Wed, 04/09/2008 - 09:18.After two consecutive successful seasons with Team 3C Gruppe Lamonta on the European continental professional cycling circuit during 2006 and 2007, Namibian professional cyclist Erik Hoffmann has made a successful transfer to the Giant Asia Racing Team for whom he has just completed his third tour on the Asian Continent.
