Three Namibians in ICC Intercontinental Cup world team
Submitted by admin on Tue, 10/28/2008 - 08:07.Three Namibian cricket players – Gerrie Snyman, Kola Burger and Louis Klazinga – have been selected for an ICC Intercontinental Cup 2007-08 team of the tournament.
According to an ICC press release, the team will not actually play a match together but is a sort of dream team, along the lines of the ICC ODI and Test teams of the year that are announced at the LG ICC Awards each year.
All three Namibians have had great seasons, and were among the best performers in the ICC Intercontinental Cup competition.
