Shandumbala lose ground

Shandumbalaâ??s six match unbeaten record came to an end on Saturday as they lost to rivals Collin Benjamin Soccer Academy (CBSA) 3-1 in the Khomas Under 17 youth soccer league. The side from Oshandumbala who have been leading the stream A log since day one could only settle for a point the following day against Otjomuise United.

None of them could reach a final, but Byron Briedenhann and Corinna Wahl set new personal best times, while all the other swimmers came close to their personal best times.
Top performances by McDonald and relay team

McDonald made the 200m backstroke final in a new personal best time of 2:20,80, which beat his previous best of 2:22,77.
Flyhalves come in from the cold

Unitedâ??s Morne Schreuder and Emile Wessels, who plays club rugby in Australia, both return from the cold to take their places at fly half.
