A fourth minute goal by Collin Benjamin gave Namibia a 1-0 win against Libya today and kept their hopes alive of qualifying for Ghana 2008.
Meraai Swartbooi, who was making his debut for Namibia, split Libyaâ??s defence with a great throughball that Benjamin latched on to and stabbed past Libyaâ??s advancing goalie into an empty net.

Ethiopia beat DR Congo 1-0 in Addis Ababa on June 1 to throw Group 10 of the African Cup of Nations qualifiers wide open and improve Namibiaâ??s chances of qualifying from the group.
Saladine Said scored the only goal in the 30th minute to give Ethiopia three points, which sees them moving off the foot of the log.
