Jacobs, Plaatjies omitted from Brave Warriors squad
Submitted by editor on Tue, 05/15/2007 - 19:42.Quinton Jacobs and Sydney Plaatjies are notable omissions in the Brave Warriors squad for the upcoming African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Libya and the DR Congo.
Plaatjiesâ?? omission was expected following his well-publicized fall out with coach Ben Bamfuchile. Plaatjies was called up for the away match against Libya on March 25, but was left on the bench and on his return said that he wont make himself available for the Brave Warriors anymore.

On the 19th of May the 5th Moto Cross Championships race will be held at the Gallina Moto Cross Park, outside the capital of Windhoek, on the road towards Okahandja. This race is part of the 2007 Wesbank Challenge Series, sponsored by WESBANK, an affiliate of First National Bank of Namibia.
