Civics beat Pirates

Civics strengthened their lead at the top of the log after beating Orlando Pirates 2-0 at the SKW Stadium on Sunday.
The teams weighed up quite evenly, but in the end a brilliant individual goal by Rudi Louw and a fine strikerâ??s finish by William Chilufya separated the teams in the end.

Ramblers beat Oshakati City

Ramblers picked up their second victory of the weekend when they beat Oshakati City 1-0 at the Ramblers Stadium on Sunday.
A fine solo goal by defender Luther Kanalelo midway through the first half was all that separated the teams at the end.

Tigers 3 Golden Bees 2

Tigers got back to winning ways when they beat Golden Bees 3-2 at the SKW Stadium on Sunday.
Tigers took the lead just before halftime when Ace Komeya launched a quick counter attack down the left and whipped the ball into the box for Edward Asino to chip the ball over Clement Nangombe in Beesâ?? goals.

United win derby after last-gasp try

A last minute try by Christo Steenkamp saw United come from behind to beat Wanderers 21-18 in their annual derby at the Wanderers field on Saturday.
Wanderers had seemed to secure victory when flanker Wolfie Duvenhage barged over for a try from a lineout, with only three minutes remaining, but United refused to surrender and immediately attacked from the kickoff. They took play into Wanderersâ?? quarter, and when they won second phase possession and spun the ball down the backline, centre Steenkamp cut through Wanderersâ?? defence to dive over under the posts.

Ramblers beat Golden Bees

Ramblers scored a comfortable 2-0 victory against Golden Bees at their home ground on Saturday.
Ramblers dominated possession and could have won by a much bigger margin had they taken their chances.

Oshakati City beat Tigers

Oshakati City continued their hot away form when they beat Tigers 2-1 at the SKW Stadium on Saturday.
In a fast-paced match of quick counter-attacks, both sides had numerous scoring opportunities, but Oshakati ultimately made better use of theirs.
