Schans appointed Brave Warriors caretaker coach
Submitted by editor on Mon, 12/03/2007 - 18:17.The Namibia Football Association on Monday, December 3 announced the appointment of Arie Schans of the Netherlands as the caretaker coach of the Brave Warriors.
At a press conference at Soccer House the NFAâ??s spokesman Beau Kauta said that Schans would act as caretaker coach in case head coach Ben Bamfuchile did not recover from his illness and could not accompany the team to Ghana.

ICC Global Development Manager Matthew Kennedy has labelled the ICC World Cricket League Division 2 tournament in Windhoek "a great success."
The six-team event featured 18 matches at three venues spread over seven days in Namibia and culminated on December 1 last with United Arab Emirates (UAE) beating Oman by 67 runs in the final.
