MTC announces N$100 000 sponsorship for Strydom
Submitted by editor on Wed, 03/09/2005 - 12:26.Namibia?s Mobile Telecommunications Company (MTC) announced a total sponsorship of N$100 000 for Namibia?s young tennis star Jurgens Strydom on March 9.
The sponsorship will enable Strydom to compete in several International Tennis Federation (ITF) junior tournaments in 2005, including the Junior Grand Slam events at the French Open, Wimbledon and the US Open.
