For the armchair fans â?¦

And then for the armchair fans â?? the Super 14 rugby competition kicks off this weekend with the defending champions the Bulls taking on the Stormers on Saturday. The Bulls will start as favourites, but with highly rated coach Rassie Erasmus now in charge of the Stormers, donâ??t bet against a surprise!

For soccer lovers, the pick of the weekendâ??s matches will be Arsenal against Manchester United in the FA Cup. It should be a fascinating contest with the main marksmen, Cristiano Ronaldo and Emmanuel Adebayor both in great form. Whoâ??s going to win? Thatâ??s a tough one, but let's go for the Gunners this time.
